Executive Committee

	Roxane Divol, Board Chair Roxane Divol is a Principal with the San Francisco office of McKinsey & Company, where she has become a core member of the High Tech Practice. She also leads McKinsey & Company's Marketing and Sales Practice on the West Coast and created their Marketing ROI service line for B2B companies. She is an active volunteer at the Lycée Français La Pérouse where two of her children attend and a mentor for the TED Senior Fellows Program. Roxane holds dual French and Colombian citizenship. She obtained an MBA from Insead with distinction, and a Masters in Engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique, France’s top engineering school and leading military academy where she majored in Chemistry and Economics. As an Officer, Roxane served in the French Air Force and was assigned to NATO’s Group for Aerospace Research and Development.
	Cammie Dunaway Cammie Dunaway is the US President and Global CMO of KidZania, Inc., a location based entertainment concept focused on children’s role-playing activities. The company has attractions throughout the world including Mexico, Japan, Dubai and Lisbon. Cammie’s responsibilities include bringing this rapidly growing edutainment concept to the US as well as managing global merchandising and web development. Previously, Cammie served as Executive Vice President for Nintendo and Chief Marketing Officer for Yahoo!. Dunaway holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Richmond and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
	Chandra Alexandre Chandra Alexandre is Chief Development Officer at Partners in School Innovation, an organization dedicated to eliminating the achievement gap by facilitating sustainable school transformation that creates excellence and equity in public education. Previously, she led fund development efforts at the Bay Area Council, a business-backed public policy advocacy organization, where she obtained notable multi-year grants for education reform and early childhood education champion-building. There, she also led fund development for Secretary Clinton's Women and the Economy Summit. Prior to the Council, Chandra worked at KIPP San Francisco Bay Academy and saw first-hand what a little good could do, receiving one of only nine AAUW community action grants awarded in the U.S. to create a rite of passage program for underserved middle school girls. Chandra went to public school in New York and earned an AB at Columbia University. She holds a PhD in Asian & Comparative Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies and an MBA from Presidio Graduate School, where she was a member of the pioneer cohort. Chandra is adjunct research faculty at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology and on the editorial board of Goddess, Ink. She also serves as a board member for several Bay Area organizations promoting the well-being of women and girls. She is a homebirth advocate.
Board Members
	Tracy Curtis Tracy Curtis is Senior Vice President and San Francisco Market Leader for Wells Fargo & Company. She is responsible for managing a banking portfolio which includes retail banking, business banking, 41 banking stores with $7 billion in deposits and managing relationships across other lines of business to ensure customers’ financial needs are met. Curtis’ career at Wells Fargo has spanned 24 years. She is active in the community and represents the company in many external-facing capacities. Throughout the years, Curtis has been involved with many organizations that address the needs of women and those facing the most difficult of challenges. She obtained a graduate degree in banking management from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
	Benita Daryani Benita Daryani has worked in the technology industry in a variety of investing and operating roles and is currently advising companies in the Commerce area. Benita recently left Google where she worked for six years on a variety of products and projects. Most recently, Benita was Director of Strategic Partnerships where she has led Content Partnerships across key areas such as Commerce, Search Properties and Mobile. Benita and her teams closed hundreds of business development deals and established numerous programs to enable product launches, increase usage and drive monetization for Google. Previously at Google, she built and scaled the online sales channel and operations for Google Print worldwide. Before Google, she worked in venture capital with J.H. Whitney focusing on investments in software and consumer internet companies, and in investment banking at Morgan Stanley. Benita received a B.A. with Honors in Economics from Columbia University. She received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
	Emily Goligoski Emily Goligoski produces video interviews with female company founders for the technology entrepreneurship organization Women 2.0. She manages marketing for Federated Media, an online publishing company that represents Apartment Therapy, NOTCOT, Behance, and dooce among other sites. She's worked as a digital strategist for Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide and as an interactive producer after studying journalism at Northwestern University. She now writes about arts and culture as TheSanFranista after getting an early start in trends reporting publishing the "Gollie’s Follies" in grade school in the cultural hotbed of Toledo, Ohio. She teaches Vinyasa yoga and her written work has appeared on Notes on Design, The Huffington Post, Mashable, Josh Spear, and The Bold Italic.
	Neesha Hathi Neesha Hathi is Vice President of Advisor Technology Solutions at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. Focused on the Advisor Services (formerly Schwab Institutional) business at Schwab, Ms. Hathi is responsible for defining and executing on the long-term vision and strategy for Schwab's technology platform for advisors, including proprietary and third-party solutions. Ms. Hathi also oversees Schwab Performance Technologies®, a subsidiary of Charles Schwab and a leading provider of portfolio management and accounting solutions to nearly 3,500 independent advisors and investment managers. Prior to her current role, Ms. Hathi was responsible for Business Strategy for the institutional businesses at Schwab, including enterprises focusing on registered independent advisors, retirement plan sponsors, third-party administrators and other corporate clients. Prior to joining Schwab in 2004, Ms. Hathi led strategy, marketing and finance for various start-ups, including Enuvis, a developer of GPS technology for wireless devices and Kibu, a media company targeting the teen girl market. Ms. Hathi earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan and a Master's of Business Administration from the Anderson School at the University of California Los Angeles. She holds the 7 and 24 licenses.
	Janet Holmgren On the frontlines of higher education for over 35 years, Janet L. Holmgren was appointed President and Susan Mills Professor of Mills College (Oakland, CA) in 1991 and ended her 20 year tenure as president on June 30, 2011. She continues as a tenured member of the faculty as Susan Mills Professor of English. Prior to her appointment at Mills, President Holmgren served as Vice Provost of Princeton University, Senior Administrator at the University of Maryland, College Park, and faculty member at Maryland and the University of the District of Columbia. In addition to her administrative and academic institutional leadership, Holmgren is deeply involved in leadership and Board development at the national and local levels through her volunteer work with numerous educational and nonprofit organizations. She serves currently on the Board of the International Museum of Women and the City of Oakland Education Cabinet. In 2011, she completed a ten year term, including serving as Chair. on the Board for the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, a four year term on the Princeton University Board of Trustees for which she chaired the Academic Affairs Committee, served on the Executive Committee and the special committee on Board Development.
	Jessica Jackley Jessica is cofounder and CEO of ProFounder, a platform providing new ways for small business entrepreneurs in the U.S. to access start-up capital through crowdfunding and community involvement. Prior to ProFounder, Jessica was a Cofounder and Chief Marketing Officer of Kiva, the world's first p2p microlending website. Since its founding in October 2005, Kiva has facilitated nearly $200M in loans among individuals across 208 countries. Jessica has also worked with the Stanford Center for Social Innovation, Amazon.com, Potentia Media, the International Foundation, World Vision, and others. Jessica holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business with Certificates in Global Management and Public Management, and a BA in Philosophy and Political Science from Bucknell University. She teaches Global Entrepreneurship at the Marshall School of Business at USC, and is a Visiting Scholar at Stanford’s Center for Philanthropy and Civil Society. She also serves as an active advisor and board member on several organizations championing women, microfinance, tech, and the arts. Jessica lives in Los Angeles and San Francisco, and is a trained yoga instructor and avid surfer.

	Erika Guevara-Rosas Erika Guevara-Rosas is the Regional Director for the Americas at the Global Fund for Women (GFW). As a feminist lawyer and activist, over the past twelve years, Erika has developed a comprehensive international experience in the field of human rights and social justice in different countries in the Americas, including Mexico, Ecuador, Canada, Colombia, Peru, Panama and Venezuela. Before joining GFW, Erika worked for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), where she served as a Protection/Legal Officer for seven years, working mainly in border areas with war-affected populations. At the Global Fund for Women, as the head of the Americas Program, Erika is responsible of leading a high-impact regional grant-making program to promote women’s human rights and, to influence transformative social change and women’s abilities to achieve economic independence, political participation and social action. Erika has a Masters in Women's Studies, and post-graduate degree on Migration and Refugee Studies from York University in Canada. She received her LL.B from Universidad de Londres in Mexico City. She was born and raised in Mexico. Erika is fluent in Spanish and English, and conversational in Portuguese.
	Clare Winterton Clare Winterton is the Executive Director of the International Museum of Women. She is a former Vice President of the Women’s Funding Network and has advised nonprofits including Craigslist Foundation, Urban Solutions, SF Works and TransFair USA. Clare served as the Head of Communications for Prince Charles’ charity for at-risk youth, The Prince’s Trust, where she headed a team of 13, working on media relations, corporate social responsibility and marketing. Clare combines a deep commitment to social justice and sustainability with personal passions for arts, culture and media, believing that media and the arts possess a unique ability to engage new audiences and catalyze social change. Clare holds an Master’s Degree in International Business Administration from Cambridge University and is former board chair of Young Women Social Entrepreneurs. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and her two-year old daughter, Pearl.
Honorary Board Members
	Jennifer Siebel Newsom Jennifer, an actor and producer, is the national spokesperson for Women's Independent Cinema, an independent film subscription service supporting women filmmakers and those who explore the female experience through film. She formed Girls' Club Entertainment, LLC as an umbrella entertainment company to develop and produce independent films with strong social, political, and cultural significance, focused primarily on women. Jennifer has performed in numerous television shows, as well as studio and independent films. Several of her indies have screened at Cannes and Toronto film festivals, among others, and the majority have been winning awards on the international film festival circuit. Jennifer has worked and traveled throughout Africa, Latin America and Europe on assignments with Conservation International, a global environmental agency. She graduated with honors from Stanford University and has an MBA from Stanford Business School.
Founding President
	Elizabeth Colton Elizabeth Colton is the Founding President of the International Museum of Women and served as Board Chair from 1998 to 2010. Having transitioned off the Board in December 2010, she continues to represent the museum as a senior advisor, Global Council member, and Global Ambassador. Elizabeth is a devoted advocate for and philanthropist to women's causes, human rights issues, the arts and political campaigns. She is a member of Emily's List Majority Council and the International Women's Forum. A former member of the Board of Trustees of Emma Willard School in Troy, New York, she now serves on the Campaign Executive Committee. She is on the Women's Leadership Board at the Kennedy School at Harvard University, and the board at Lykes Bros. Inc., a Florida-based agricultural industry corporation.
