About me:
Amira W. Pierce was born in Beirut in 1980. She received a B.A. in English and American Literature from New York University in 2002. Amira has worked as an editor, a freelance writer, and an assistant literary agent. She lives in San Francisco, where she is currently pursuing her M.A. in writing fiction at San Francisco State University.
