Effat Yehia is an Egyptian theater maker in Egypt. She is one of a few women directors in Egypt. She founded a women theater group that worked from 1992 to 2008, in which she directed 12 plays and wrote six. She published a book of a bill of three one act plays, called "I Have Had Enough". She is both a playwright and director. She also acts sometimes.
