About me:

Liz Steketee came to San Francisco in 1992 after receiving her BFA in photography from The University of Michigan. In the years since her move to California, she has pursued careers in both professional photography and fine art. While running her own professional photography business, Liz has also maintained participation in both national and international gallery showings. Participation in group shows has taken her work to Barcelona, Spain, Japan, The United Arab Emirates, and New York. Liz received her MFA from the San Francisco Art Institute and now teaches, makes art, and raises her children in northern California.
