About me:

Marie Mathiesen just recently moved back to her native Denmark after ten years of living in the United States. Following a decade of living as an immigrant, she now finds herself a stranger in her own country. It’s a pleasant strangeness; one that provides a fresh perspective and encourages discoveries. Marie holds degrees in literature from the University of California at Berkeley and the University of Pennsylvania. She has a day job, which is what you’d call a real job, but she loves making things. Radio and audio is her favorite medium because listening to stories is the best sort of interactive activity.
