Maria Graciela Baéz Benitez is a 29 year old woman from Concepcion, Paraguay. She lives with her family – father, mother and a younger sister. Her older sister is married. She has recently become the Country Representative for IDEA, Paraguay. *** IDEA is an international human rights, advocacy, and educational non-profit, founded and led primarily by individuals who have been affected by leprosy.
