About me:
Min Sook Lee is a Korean-Canadian writer and an award-winning documentary director/producer. Her first feature documentary “El Contrato” was lauded internationally and received the Best Documenatry Award for the 2003 Ibero-American Film Festival. Her second documentary “Hogtown: The Politics of Policing,” was awarded Best Feature-Length Canadian Documentary at the 2005 Hot Docs Canadian International Documentary Film Festival. She is currently working on a film about Korean reunification called “Tiger Spirit” and writing for anthologies and magazines across Canada and the United States.
