About me:
Ida Kleiterp studied sculpture at the Rijksakademie van Beeldenden Kunsten (Academy of Fine Arts) in Amsterdam from 1983 to 1986. During that period she won the Uriot prize two times. Since 1986 she has annually exhibited her work at various locations in the Netherlands and abroad. Ida Kleiterp's sculptures can be found in the Jewish Historical Museum collection in Amsterdam, and private collections throughout the Netherlands and in Spain, Italy, Greece, Cuba, Peru, and Papua New Guinea. In addition to making her art, Ida loves guiding and mentoring children.
