En el año 1985,innove el sector de alimentos en Costa Rica ,al desarrollar productos de panificacion saludables,que ahora se conocen como Funcionales,Ni a nivel mundial se hablaba de calidad de vida,productos light,etc,desde la microempresa en ese momento,investigue y desarrolle panes que mejoraran la salud o ayudaran a prevenir problemas de salud.
